What a year this is turning out to be! We have been anticipating 2012 for such a long time and now it is here the energies have certainly intensified. The experience of the 11.11 gateway is a distance memory to some but is still being experienced by many. This depends where you were in your ascension process at the time. A bit like the start of the London Marathon those at the front (spiritual athletes) went charging off through the gateway ready to take on the next level. However those at the back (the fun runners) are still filtering through. With the many somewhere in between.
The gateway seems to have led to an obstacle course made up of old out worn behaviour patterns representing third dimensional thinking (experiences of the mind trying to run things rather than intuitions and heart felt actions.) For some it has been very emotional and for others a spiritual awakening, whichever the experience it often manifested in the physical with some kind of dramatic event. One thing for sure it has been a challenging time that started during the darkest time of the year and continued through the extreme darkness of the winter Solstice. Gradually though as the light has returned it seems as though the balance has slowly been restored.
For the many that have already passed through the energetic gateway the challenges have varied in intensity according to how quickly the mind has surrendered to the heart energy and let go of the need to control outcomes. Surrender and trusting in the Universe has certainly been the name of the game.

ARE YOU SEEING THE REALITY OF YOUR LIFE?
I thought I would share this wisdom given to me during a meditation. I believe the wisdom came from the ‘All Seeing Eye’.
We percieve our life through the lens of our Third Eye. However our personality chooses the lens. this means that the lens we use may be rose tinted or we may exagggerate and distort everything by using a fish eye lens. Other options may be to minutely focus by using a telescopic lens or get the bigger picture with a wide angled one. Of course these are not the only options available to us and we do in fact use many more. I am sure you could name a few!
The point is that the lens our personality chooses means we view life from the perspective of our ego self. The Solar Plexus Chakra (the residence of our ego self) deals with our fears and anxities and the lens we choose may well distort our view and could even make things more frightening than they actually are, or we may be deluding ourselves and not facing reality.
The wisdom received from the ‘All Seeing Eye’ was ‘Life when veiwed through the lens of reality (without distortion) helps us to be more heartfelt and more accepting of life as it really is. By viewing our life through all of the lenses (therefore recognising all the distorted views) we can view it from every angle and then we can really SEE it as it is. By accepting it’s reality in our Heart Chakra we can begin the process of forgiveness and move on.

Be Happy
It seems a very long time ago that I wrote a blog. In fact it was. According to my emails a lot of people could relate to the last blog and it has remained relevant for many people including me since I wrote it.
However, I received an ‘aha’ moment in the middle of the night which seems to come from the celestial beings that are trying to help us with the ascension process. That moment woke me up figuratively and literally. The message is so simple and that is ‘be happy’. Take a look at your life and see if it is making you happy. If the answer is yes keep doing what you are doing. If the answer is no, then it is time to make changes that will tick your happy boxes.
This thought, that was put in my mind, stopped me in my tracks because it infiltrates every part of human existence, including the spiritual, physical, emotional and mental levels. Very often we ‘think’ we are happy, but our body maybe telling us otherwise by manifesting aches and pains, indigestion or other inflictions that may be minor but nevertheless are there and is the only way our body can complain about life.
How often do we stop and check if our lifestyle is what we would wish or just to be indured to pay the bills, keep our standard of living or even just because it is what we have always done or had. Sometimes we don’t realise we have choices and don’t have to follow the same old pattern but can make changes to our lives.
What would you want for yourself if you asked your heart and not your head? What if you asked yourself does my life make me happy? Or am I always striving for the next step that I think will make me happy. Do you find yourself thinking ‘I’ll just get over the next few weeks and then everything will be much better’. Only to find that there is something else to be ‘got over’ before things will be much better. If so it is time to start thinking what will make you happy now! ……..and start ticking your happy boxes, after all life is an adventure that you signed up to. Are you enjoying your adventure? Not what you’d expect from a Crystal Healing!
This was my experience during a Crystal Healing I received from John Rowley at the ‘Heal the Healers’ session. These are regular monthly sessions during which complementary therapists meet together to swap their skills . It took place on the 1st June 2011 12.30pm. On the same day there was a Solar Eclipse and it was the time of the dark moon

We were surrounded by the energy of the Fairies who intimated that Gaia had something to say. I was shown a 7 pointed star etched in gold on the outside with a central circle joining the inward facing points of the star. The centre was white and the colour of the star was like nothing I’d seen before but can best be described as cobalt overlaid with violet. I was taken through the inner circle in the star to reach the source of the channel.
I am not sure of the source of the Channelled information. This is the information I received:
The Earth is like a spinning top on its axis (I have received this information before). At present it is like a top wobbling as it slows down. However, we do not need to worry, it won’t stop and drop out of the universe.
There is a planet or celestial body which will loop around the Earth and start it spinning at it’s usual higher speed again. This is what the marker in time (2012 winter solstice) is all about. I have been told before that the Earth ‘wobbling’ is causing motion sickness on the Earth, the symptoms of which are like sea sickness, giddiness, nausea, headaches and inability to concentrate. But once we are set back into motion all these symptoms will pass.
This is all part of the evolution of the Universe. It is not just happening to Earth. It is happening to the whole Universe.
The blue star is our symbol, and we are the nurturers of the Earth since the Sirius ‘Project Earth’ began thousands of years ago in Earth time but only a minute in time for the Universe.
I asked the question “Who are you?” and the answer is as follows:-
You could call me Old Father Time, or you could call me the Time Traveller. You could call me Gaia for I am all the Universe, like we are all ALL of the Universe, and we are all individuals. Nothing we do is insular. Everything we do is interconnected with everything else. It is the big picture and the small picture. Nothing is right and nothing is wrong. It all IS. We all have to accept our fate and the ugliest beings are the most beautiful beings, as are we all.
I am really talking about getting the balances right and it isn’t right at the moment. It isn’t only earthlings causing the imbalance. There are many influences and the Universe itself is trying to rectify itself. Everything is living. Everything is moving and everything is changing.
Everything has got too big and unwieldy, and things need adjusting to take this into account. We all need to connect with our God Consciousness for the good of all, and give up our individual ego self and our small mind in order to create harmony once again. It isn’t only Earth that is influential in these changes, and there is no blame. It’s just the way it is.
To finish the session we returned to the energy of the Fairies and a little fairy was sitting on the blue star, dressed in pink.
Following this channel I felt like I should make the blue star out of glass with gold leading around the outside. The fairies stayed to help us during our healing session.

BACK TO THE FUTURE
Has anyone noticed that they seem to have completed a cycle in their life, only to be starting back at the beginning again? My own experience is that events that started a new journey for me two years ago have started to play out in my liife again. The ‘old’ ‘new journey’ has come around full circle and now seems to be starting again only on a different level! I was recently reading that in North America, February 2 is Groundhog Day and that the groundhog tells us when spring will come, based on whether he sees his shadow.
My original journey certainly caused me to see my shadow side. This enabled me to learn a lot about myself and life. This journey, which I thought I had almost completed, has just started around again without pausing for breath. This time I am trying to put all that invaluable learning to good use and that is why I feel it is on a different level.
During this week I have been talking about my ‘back to the future’ experience and it seems that almost everyone I talk to is experiencing the same. Although the original journey differs in Earth time. Some starting 10 years ago and some much less. In fact some have been spiralling round and around for decades.
This leads me to believe that actually what we perceive we experience as linear time, has always been round and round and backward and forward. We have tried to describe it as past, present and future to make it fit with the fixed ideas of our 3D world. Let me know if this fits with your experience.
Review of the Year!
Now we have passed the Winter Solstice 2010 we are counting down to the 2012 Winter Solstice and the Ascension of the Earth and everything that is part of her. Of course we have known for some time that the Winter Solstice 2012 is just a marker in time for our Ascension and that we have already begun the process. We also know that it will continue long beyond 2012.
Many of us have noticed how hard 2009 and 2010 have been, throwing up all sorts of opportunities for our personal and spiritual development. We have tried to work our way through these issues with love in our hearts and see the blessings that they have brought to us. This is all very well and good, but it has not been easy to live with and sometimes we have faltered on the way. However, if you are one of those that has taken a long hard look at yourself and made some major adjustments to they way you view life and all it throws at you, the Celestial Beings are predicting 2011 will bring great joy! On the other hand if, as is the case with many of us, there is still some soul searching to be done, then they tell us 2011 will be much the same as 2009/2010!
Back in February I blogged that the Earth and all her inhabitants had made it to the fourth dimension! Some by the skin of their teeth, some were comfortably living here and others were somewhere in between. Everyone I have spoken to since has certainly noticed the changes in how time is behaving. We are definitely coming to understand that time can no longer be thought of as linear!
You may have noticed that since August my bloggs have become fewer and far between. This is because my Spirit Guides, Ascended Masters and Angels have informed me that now is the time for us to connect with our own wisdom. You may have noticed that some of the very accomlished channels have also been writing through their connection with their higher selves.
During the summer Arch Angel Michael gently told me that it is not that they don’t want to help us, it is more that they are encouraging us to learn to use our own soul guidance as we become Ascended Souls in our own right!. This powerful Arch Angel has supported me through some really difficult times and it has been comforting to listen to his wisdom and guidance. I felt a little like a moody teenager that comes to the realisation that now is the time they have to act like an adult!
So here we are at the end of the year on the brink of Ascending in the physical. A feat never before experienced on Earth. The Ascended Masters that guide us through our lives by drawing on their many experiences during various incarnations of life on Earth, achieved their own Ascension as they left their physical bodies in order to return home to the Spirit World. Therefore they felt they needed to spend some time away learning how to ascend in physical form for the very reason that it has never before been achieved here on our planet. They are now back to help us thank goodness! No wonder 2010 has been hard to endure!
A Total Eclipse of the Moon
A dark moon at the darkest time of the year! A total eclipse of the full moon as the Earth’s shadow crosses it.
I feel that for everyone that has been working with their shadow side and making progress it really is a day to celebrate the returning light. For those still struggling with core issues, old out worn behaviour pattens or unresolved issues it will be a time when the first glimmer of light appears. This may be through an ‘aha’ moment or more likely through an emotional outpouring that may not be very pleasant, in fact, not nice at all but will eventually lead to ‘enlightenment’. Your experience will be within this range depending upon where you are on your spiritual path.
Starting yesterday as the energy started to build, you may have got a few clues as to what remains to be cleared out of your energy field and your heart in order to welcome the light into your being. The intensity of the energy of the Solstice, Full Moon and the eclipse will peak today. Let’s all try to use that energy to leave behind the old blocked energy and walk forward into the light with love in our hearts.
The energy of this December seems to be one of honesty. It seems to me as though the process of the ascension of Earth and all the life sustained by her has recently shifted into a higher frequency range. As we adapt to the higher frequency energy we are working much more from the heart and our own loving nature. As we get more and more in touch with our own loving nature, we are becoming more aware of the need to be honest with ourselves and each other.
This has caused us to realise that a truly loving gesture is to speak our truth in a non-judgemental and loving way. Surely this is unconditional love beginning to manifest on Earth. However, it is not always easy to be on the receiving end of this honesty no matter how lovingly it is delivered. Consequently relationships can become a little strained!
I have noticed a number of ‘dramas’ play out around me during this month that has led to what would immediately seem to be rude to lead those concerned to reach a better understanding of each other’s circumstances. However a steep learning curve first is encountered first. In fact the old adage ‘those people who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones’ comes into play. So before judging, or criticising first make sure that your own house is in order.

As I was walking Molly my dog around our usual lakeside haunt it struck me that at this the darkest time of the year Mother Nature was redressing the balance with bright sparkling snow and ice. She seemed to be balancing the darkness of winter and gloomy outlook created by the recession with dazzling brightness.
The lack of Christmas decorations in town centres and the general feeling of gloom created by the global monetry problems seemed to pale into insignificance with the magnificent display of sparkling lights created by the sun shining on the snow and the ice frosted trees. I particularly liked the snow on the red berries turning the whole of the hedgerows pink.
It also made me think that Mother Nature is gently reminding humnakind who is ‘in charge’ on this planet. Freak weather conditions and natural disasters seemed to be global at the moment. Flooding in Parkistan and Columbia and the terrible bush fires that have been experienced worldwide recently to name but a few. I certainly felt the strength of her forces as my face began to go numb in the cold as we walked around the lake!
Of course the inconvenience we have felt here in Britain pales into insignifcance when compared to many of the natural disasters that nature has caused throughout the world. It has, however, served to remind us that we need to be aware that we are an integral part of life on our planet and that we are not in control of nature. It would be great to hear your thoughts………
Halloween Celebration
Halloween and therefore, time to celebrate our Ancestors! With this in mind I have arranged a whole weekend of connecting to the ‘other side’. What better time when the veil between the two worlds is at it’s thinnest. Friday night we have a `Psychic Supper’ followed on Saturday by workshops on The Aura and different methods of ‘reading’ including tea leaves and oracle cards.
